'In the World, Not of It': Butker

Almost as though it were pre-planned.

The backlash against Chiefs star Harrison Butker continues to grow with the NFL issuing a statement distancing the organization from his bizarre commencement speech in which he told women they should aspire to be homemakers.

That press release came as the petition to have him removed from the Super Bowl champion's roster closes in on 100,000 signatures. It was set up just a day after his address at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas

Butker, 28, who's made his conservative Catholic beliefs well known, also assailed Pride month, a particularly important time for the LGBTQ+ rights movement, and President Joe Biden's stance on abortion....

The Daily Mail has a decent hard-news staff.  Their 'other' staff--based on the writing in this article--is composed of teenage girls, ninnies, and hate-filled old crones (of either sex.)

They figure Butker is vulnerable, so he gets the slings and arrows.  It's a warning to any other decent, honorable, and Christian men.

Be prepared.

We don’t know how desperately the Biden gang will cling to power. Nor what crimes against the country or even humanity they’ll prove willing to commit. The long sentences handed out to harmless, peaceful protestors from January 6 (after rigged trials have convicted every single defendant of at least one crime) tell us one thing: They’re pretty desperate. These people know they won’t just end up out of power, but some will go to prison. And that can’t happen, not to the Best and Brightest, who were born to rule the rest.

  4. When Your Rulers Ignore Voters But Are Terrified Of Protesters, That Tells You Something.

Voting channels public energy into a controlled and harmless outlets. Coke or Pepsi? Team R corporate imperialist Muppet or Team D corporate imperialist Muppet? Protesting is harder to control and may lead to outcomes that the rulers don't like.

  5. I encourage all not to just comment but contact KC Chiefs AND the NFL to support Butker and freedom of speech, true diversity of opinion. The harpies must not be the only voice heard. Look up KC Chiefs contact.

  6. Mr. Butker just needs to stand by what he said, and the cry babies will move on to a softer target. I'm pretty sure that's what he'll do. Under no circumstances should he say anything that can even remotely be interpreted as an apology.
