The fable of "completely accurate and transparent" election processes just took a body-blow in Fulton County, GA.
... Within the last few days, the Department of Justice —now under Todd Blanche’s management— issued a grand jury subpoena to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections. The DOJ is asking for something fairly straightforward: the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of the roughly 3,000 election workers and volunteers who touched the ballots in 2020....
As Childers makes clear, this is a nuclear bomb.
(As an aside, the MAGA contempt for Georgia's (R) Governor at that time, and for his (R) Secretary of State, is fully justified, no matter what Eric Erickson says about their totes-angelic qualities.)
There are five other States which deserve an anal exam: Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Nothing would be more pleasing than to see the arrogant b***h who runs the WEC, along with that arrogant and pompous (D) lawyer on the WEC commission, go to Club Fed for 5-10 or longer.
Could it happen? You can bet that the above people are having angst-attacks over the news.
As you know, I've been writing about this Georgia elections issue since at least 2018. The (R) Governor is also the former (R) Secretary of State, who oversaw his own election as Governor in that regard. In my opinion, it would be hard to set up a less plausibly honest system than the one he set up and oversaw for his own election; even 2020 isn't quite as bad as that, and 2020 in Georgia (especially but not only in Atlanta) stinks to high heaven.
ReplyDeleteTake some small consolation in the fact that it's not only Georgia. Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and (surprise!!!) Illinois are also syphilitic. Wisconsin has problems which pale in comparison--but which are real.
ReplyDeleteYou set up both a strawman and a classic “Kafkaesque Trap”. If there is a little fraud: It’s proof of fraud. If there is a lot of fraud: It’s “too much to be real,” therefore it’s proof of a cover-up.
DeleteI get it—the cognitive dissonance is way too overwhelming to admit there was not this type of fraud that cost Trump the election in 2020. Even Trump said he lost. How did this work out for Sydney Powell and Rudy Guiliani in their efforts to tell everyone that there was big time fraud? They got their asses handed to them in court. And even the man who Trump hired to find the fraud reported there wasn’t.
