Who Is "Trell"?

Curious that ALL FOUR Milwaukee TeeVee stations ran obituaries for Tremayne Montgomery a/k/a "Trell" who was shot outside a bar Saturday night.

Curious because Montgomery has a very long page on Wisconsin's CCAP.  DUI, driving after revocation, possession, smacking up a cop......
