Court Orders on SNAP: Not Helpful At All

Trump is sincere about wanting the children to be fed.  (Contrast that to Tammy Baldwin and Tony Evers, who are perfectly happy to watch from the sidelines.)

President Donald Trump said Friday he has instructed government lawyers to seek immediate court guidance on how to legally continue payments for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) amid the ongoing government shutdown, as the program faces imminent funding delays while Democrats refuse to pass a clean spending bill.

“Our Government lawyers do not think we have the legal authority to pay SNAP with certain monies we have available, and now
two Courts have issued conflicting opinions on what we can and cannot do,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “I do NOT want Americans to go hungry just because the Radical Democrats refuse to do the right thing and REOPEN THE GOVERNMENT.”...

Imagine that!!  Judges who don't have a clue as to the legalities involved but who like to give orders anyway.

By the way:  NO Milwaukee TV reports contained the information above.  That's because they have nothing but Highly-Trained Professional Reporters, you see.

  1. If this were true, please explain the Pedo administration stating they disagree with the court ruling. Oops!

  2. One in every seven Californians receives SNAP welfare payments. Work requirements to receive benefits start today as well!

.....According to the story, experts at the NGO California Budget & Policy Center “estimate that over 650,000 residents enrolled in the state’s SNAP risk losing benefits under the stricter work requirements.” And another 74,000 “refugees and asylum-seekers” in California will (eventually) lose SNAP since the OBBB phases out SNAP eligibility for noncitizens........

  3. California is hard core Democrat and love SNAP, so this comment makes sense:
....Though being represented by an ass is wholly appropriate, or perhaps more accurately - magnificently on point, it’s time to ditch the democrat donkey symbol for an even more befitting image. Stegosaurus had one of the lowest brain-to-body mass ratios of any known dinosaur. Need I say more?
