Dad, Capper may be correct on this situation. I spoke with Santa Claus who confirmed he had performed his personal investigation into this matter, as part on his good list/bad list maintenance. He found absolutely no bad behavior of any government employee as far back as January 20, 1993. I then further spoke with the Easter Bunny who stressed this absence of malfeasance was highly probable, and he then showed me a 32 page research paper which he claimed definitively demonstrated that almost all criminal investigations are completed within sixteen calendar days, and the subsequent prosecutions are finalized with three days. Statistics don't lie he asserted and gave me a stale leftover peep.
As any good modern day reporter, I know I could not go forward with only two sources, so in a final attempt to ascertain the truth, I contacted the Lucky Charms leprechaun who maintains a neon rainbow unicorn embedded with his self modified version of ChatGPT, and asked for their wisdom. They conferred briefly and announced their consensus is that if any corruption existed it would have been exposed by now. Multiple studies suggest an innocence so pure it's magically delicious.
