In a laughable attempt to help radical-Lefty Adelman spring the insurrectionist-in-black Dugan, her lawyers wrote another letter begging for dismissal of her Federal criminal case. Note well: this malarkey is for the benefit of Adelman. Dugan is merely a pawn here. Adelman--should he spring Dugan--will be remembered as the judge who demolished the judicial system in Wisconsin, if not nationally.
...In a new filing Thursday afternoon, Dugan's attorneys cite the Supreme Court case Trump v. United States, which found that presidents have absolute immunity for acts committed in office.
In the filing, Dugan's attorneys wrote, "Nothing in Trump's case suggests that judicial immunity is any less broad than presidential immunity," and said, "A judge's official function and acts in turn are broad."...
Because some low-life dinky-twinky County judge-ette is just like the President, see? Same kind of job, same constituency, same responsibility, same.............everything, see?
Except for one little detail here: Dugan BROKE THE DAMN LAW. Trump did not. Don't believe me? Read the Wiki on the Trump case at the link we gave you, and remember that allegations of law-breaking are not the same as law-breaking.

Problem with this WHOLE Dugan fiasco is Dugan is small small SMALL fry. The entire criminal enterprise(s) of Federal, State, Local .govs are PREGNANT with high profile traitors and treasonists and, yet, the FBLie's carpetbagging opportunist hadji and his oingo boingo are simply focussing on this WI mouse and doing nothing about the plethora of elephant-sized jackasses with treason the size of t-rexs just so the p/h/u/k/k/n hadji can say he did "something" to "curry" (hadji pun intended) favour with Trump first and We The People second. We The People t'ain't buying it.
