OMG!! They Have To REPAY Student Loans??

Another propaganda piece, this from SeeBeeEss 58.  (It's a companion to the propaganda from Fox6 below).

 University leaders from across the state are speaking out against a potential overhaul to student loan programs Congress is considering....

 ...University officials slammed aspects of the package including replacing a dozen student loan repayment plans with just two; a standard monthly rate and a new income-based plan....

UW System President Rothman, a first-rate liar, said that requiring repayment of student loans "narrows educational opportunities" and that he is "dumbfounded."  We will agree with the "dumb" part, Jay.

There will be other adjustments; less loan dollars will be granted, meaning that colleges and universities will either reduce their tuition/fees to something that is justifiable OR that the student will have to come up with cash to pay for their Wimmin's Studies majors with Flower Pot Making minors.
