Chief Justice Roberts temporarily stopped Judge Amir Ali’s midnight deadline and halted his order forcing the Trump Admin to pay $2 billion in foreign contracts.
Biden-appointed Judge Amir Ali on Tuesday blasted DOJ lawyers over USAID disbursement and ordered the Trump Administration to pay the foreign contracts by 11:59 pm on Wednesday evening.
The Supreme Court immediately responded to Trump’s emergency request to vacate Judge Amir Ali’s order....
The irony?
The US has sovereign domain, meaning that any suits demanding payment from the US MUST.....MUST....be filed in the Court of Claims. Ali--who apparently doesn't read a lot of actual law--took jurisdiction even though he's merely a District judge.
IOW: ALI DOES NOT HAVE 'STANDING.'
Not to worry; SCOTUS is going to bundle all those idiot-generated lawsuits and will instruct the plaintiffs to read Article II, Sentence One over and over and over until they get it.
Meantime, a lot of money is being poured into the toilet by the unions, camp-followers, twits, and crybabies suing the Administration. That's a good thing; they won't have any cash left over to attend AstroTurf screeching-sessions at Republican town hall meetups.
Judge Amir Ali may not have "standing", however, he has way more citizenship than you! Canadian since birth (retained) and United States since 2019.
ReplyDeleteA person could be tempted to speculate that the entire concept of citizenship is viewed by the Globalist Elites as an outdated social construct, with no significance in their worldview. A belief which appears to be based on a foundational "truth" that they are entitled to dominance over all humans. Have dual citizenship, hell have three or more, or none for those free spirited nomads who just want to go anywhere they want.
One World Government would seem to entail that petty notions like local jurisdictions or even nation states are to be ignored at best and suppressed when the deplorable masses get restless and insubordinate.
Dual citizenship is dual loyalty, which is no loyalty at all.
