Well it's hard to say, troops would need a general or someone to follow ala the French Counterrevolution. Of course in that case, peasants of the Vendee almost forced their leaders to participate.

ReplyDeleteI believe the armed forces will obey lawful orders regardless of who gives them. Disarming American citizens is not a lawful order.
