We have these two Fitzgeralds in the Legislature. One runs the Senate; the other runs the Assembly.
We also have a Republican Governor.
When they all assumed office, the Fitzgeralds prioritized legislative initiatives.
They decided that vote-fraud was not a priority. After all, it would be "difficult" for the overworked County Clerks to "fix" their systems to.....oh, I dunno.......make them HONEST?

Wow, insult the overworked county clerks. Is it easier to insult people when you're anonymous and on a blog? Would it be more difficult to meet a county clerk, see what they do, and then bluster and call them dishonest? Is this how you taught your children to behave? Is this how you'd recommend a job-seeker or employee to behave?

I keep saying, they should have gotten voter ID and concealed carry (two practical and useful items that would help Wisconsin a lot) rammed through the legislature.

ReplyDeleteThere's no question about (D) vote-fraud in this State. The Milwaukee cop-shop issued a report detailing a lot of it in the '00 Presidential.
And they're like most folks; they'll keep doing it (it works, after all) until they get caught.
Like the bozo Big Honcho Health Exec who voted in Illinois AND in Wisconsin, same day, '04 Presidential.

ReplyDeleteI think this will be a very interesting recount. How hard will be for a Koch-funded army of attorneys sitting in every Town of Lake Mills office, challenging ballots, to scrape up 250+ votes statewide?
Given the number of recalls that may happen in the years ahead, I bet there will be more than a few close races and even more recounts.
Give thanks to Big Fitz for doing his part to increase the crazy and decrease the civility and increase the polarization.
I wish for more politicians of either stripe who are wise enough to behave like they don't have a mandate to make their fantasies come true.

I dont think I need to go on. Foust, I think it's fair to say it's a pretty one sided coin. If you have evidence to the contrary I'd like to see it. The GOP isn't exactly the community organizing type.
