Taliban in Wisconsin?

What else could one conclude?

Wisconsin authorities in two counties are looking for about 120 goats that have gone missing from two farms in recent weeks.

Deputies say it's unlikely that so many goats wandered off on their own

They are now gracing an R&R spot for Taliban footsoldiers.
