There's definately a serious infrastructure problem out there (pipeline, refining, highway, housing, etc.) that needs to be resolved. One way or another they're going to have to figure a way to catch up to the absolute exposion in crude oil extraction going on out there. There's no better time than now for the government to stream line infrastructure development and construction regardless of political views on domestic oil exploration.J. Struppnoreply@blogger.com
