That is, that EVERY problem can be solved with Laws!<br /><br />That's not bad in and of itself; after all, they're paid for that sort of thinking.<br /><br />But "positive law" has gone off the rails--and making MORE positive laws will not be the remedy.<br /><br />It's sorta like Grothman's problem with suggesting that recalls should be really, really hard to instigate.
