One thing touched on was the M-16. <br /><br />The Vietnam M-16 failure was not the rifle but the powder. The M-16 was designed, then approved, with one type of powder. Then the manufacturer was told to stop making that powder, and something else was substituted that left the barrel grimy.<br /><br />Upon demand, I will seek the book title and ISBN from my library.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
