I can't tell you how many times I see these candidates for a Darwin Award driving down the road after having only cleaned off enough snow to see out their side of the windshield. Nothing else. They are a serious hazard to everyone out there. Yes, as a semi driver, I'd also like to see more shippers have those devices that clean the snow off the trailer roof. The roof is plastic these days, so one can't walk on it. It's a visual hazard until enough blows off.Billiamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15489132492383133253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12897315.post-82854054477418296762011-01-30T14:26:37.500-06:002011-01-30T14:26:37.500-06:00People should clean off their cars anyways.People should clean off their cars anyways.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12897315.post-21193349000702133492011-01-30T13:48:57.587-06:002011-01-30T13:48:57.587-06:00Gee, mz. Stay off the roads.

It is extremely unlikely that a CAR's "ice chunks" will hit another CAR especially when they are traveling at that speed--unless you're tailgating.

Try semi-trailer trucks for a better score.Dad29https://www.blogger.com/profile/08554276286736923821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12897315.post-70121621948564233712011-01-30T12:13:33.217-06:002011-01-30T12:13:33.217-06:00Having had ice chunks fly off vehicles and onto, b...Having had ice chunks fly off vehicles and onto, but thankfully not through, my windshield, this is perfectly reasonable. I personally don't like going 60 mph into projectiles ofter weighing over 5 lbs.m.z.noreply@blogger.com
